Customer Support Employee (m/f/d)

To expand our steadily growing e-commerce division, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented individual to support us in strengthening our customer relationships and expanding our online presence on digital marketplaces. The focus will be primarily on Amazon and our own webshop.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintenance of our existing marketplace activities
  • Handling customer complaints and returns
  • Amazon's review and processing of returns
  • Development of solution strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Close collaboration with internal departments to improve our services and processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-oriented role, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and set priorities
  • Good knowledge of how to use online marketplaces, especially Amazon
  • Excellent German skills, both spoken and written
  • Confident use of common office applications
