Dear customers,
as a manufacturer of the tumble dryer "TK 810-3", we will inform you about an important market measure that we are currently carrying out.

The background to this measure is to find that when the tumble dryer is used in a certain way, an increased energy consumption can occur if the "Delay function" is chosen and the device is not started. Specifically, this is the case when the Delay function (e.g. delay delay and wrinkle protection) without activating this function by pressing the start button (e.g. by forgetting). Assuming that the tumble dryer is in the application state described above, this would correspond to a electricity consumption of approx. 14 kWh/year.

This does not affect the safety of the tumble dryer. We would like to point out that your tumble dryer is safe and can be used without problems.

In the meantime, we have developed a technical solution to fix it, which can be offered in the form of a software update and can be installed at your home. If you do not want this, the tumble dryer can also be picked up and disposed of for you. In return, you will then receive a voucher of EUR 50 for redeeming a replacement device.
